General description of the collection: The Charles L. Mainor collection contains correspondence from Mainor to his nephew and sister and a photograph of a memorial to him at a Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post. A Christmas greeting with the 24th Infantry Division patch on it was sent to Mainor's nephew. Another letter is from Senator Claude Pepper to Mainor's sister stating the he had met Charles and he was doing fine.
